Restoration work at Mansa
Devi shrine complete
Panchkula, December 14
The restoration work of murals on the ‘Singh Dwaar’ of the 175- year- old Sri Mata Mansa Devi shrine has been completed, while the murals in the ‘parikarma’ of the temple are nearing completion.
The murals, depicting Mother Goddess in her various manifestations, in the sanctum sanctorum of Mansa Devi shrine are being restored by artists and chemists of the Archaeological Survey of India.
