Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, above normal in east Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.0°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 25: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 25: Partly cloudy sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 10°C.
