Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: minimum temperatures changed little. Departures: they were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.2°C, recorded at Ambala AP (Haryana) and Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 21: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 21: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
