Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed a little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana and east Rajasthan, above normal in Punjab, west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 16: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 16: Mainly clear sky. Minimum temperature will be around 13°C.
