Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms. are: Himachal Pradesh: Shimla and Sunibhajji 2 each and East Uttar Pradesh: Gorakhpur 1. Snowfall report (cms): Dhundhi (Himachal Pradesh) 5.

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) reported hailstorm.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in east Uttar Pradesh, fell in west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab and east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 15: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
