Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in east Uttar Pradesh, fell in west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab and east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
