Rainfall: Some areas in Jammu and Kashmir have received rain and snowfall. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were markedly above normal in Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in east Jammu and Kashmir.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.6° C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 11: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 11: Partly cloudy sky with possibility thundery development in some areas. Minimum temperature will be around 15° C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 11: Development of thunderclouds is likely at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
