Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Ayanagar (Delhi) 4, Dhansa (Delhi) and Dadri Toya 3 each, Jhajjar and Pehowa 2 each and Chirag Delhi and Guhla 1 each. Himachal Pradesh: Shimla 1, Punjab: Bathinda and Fazilka 3 each and Malerkotla 2, east Rajasthan: Thanagazi and Tizara 1 each and east Uttar Pradesh: Lucknow (control room) 2.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 21: Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in west Rajasthan.
