Uttaranchal New Delhi, April 26 Snowfall Report: Himachal Pradesh: Patsio 6 cm and Dhundhi 5 cm. Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures fell markedly in Himachal Pradesh, fell appreciably in Jammu and Uttaranchal, fell in Punjab and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in east Rajasthan, largely below normal in Himachal Pradesh, markedly below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, appreciably below normal in Uttaranchal, below normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 42.6°C recorded at New Delhi (Palam). Forecast valid until the morning of April 28: Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Isolated duststorms or thunderstorms are likely in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region. Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of April 28: Sky will be mainly clear. Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change. |
