Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, east Rajasthan, west UP and Uttaranchal, fell in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and west Rajasthan and changed a little in east UP. Departures: They were markedly below normal in Punjab and Uttaranchal, appreciably below normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and east Rajasthan, below normal in Haryana, west Rajasthan and west UP and above normal in east UP. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
