Monsoon further withdraws
New Delhi, September 18
Southwest monsoon has further withdrawn today from Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana including Chandigarh and Delhi, parts of Himachal Pradesh, most parts of east Rajasthan. Withdrawal line passes from Dharamsala, Ambala, Delhi, Kota, Ahmedabad and Porbandar.

    The maximum relative humidity was 84 per cent and the minimum 42 per cent.
