Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan, at many places in Uttaranchal, at a few places in east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Naraingarh 3, Jagadhari 2 and Chandigarh 1, Himachal Pradesh: Jogindernagar 10, Nagrota Surian 6, Guler, Kangra and Kataula 5 each, Gohar and Solan 4 each, Arki, Barsar, Bharwain, Dehragopipur and Pandoh 3 each, Kasol and Sujanpur Tira 2 each and Ghumarwin, Karsog, Kahu, Kasauli, Nadaun and Sunibhajji 1 each, East Rajasthan: Vardha Dam 9, Udaipur 6, Bundi, Ladpura and Sangod 4 each, Bhimsagar, Kota, Sawan Bhado and Talera 3 each, Abhayapur, Deeg, Gegal, Hindoli and Kota Baraj 2 each and Anta, Alnia, Badi Sadri, Chittorgarh, Darra Colony, Jhalawar, Kekri, Pratapsagar, Sawar and Sarwar 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Shardanagar 4, Elginbridge 3, Hardoi 2 and Chandradeepghat, Chhatnag, Ghazipur and Palliakalan 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Moradabad 5 and Uttaranchal: Dehra Dun 5, Banbasa and Pantnagar 4 each, Marora 3, Haripur 2 and Hardwar and Mukteshwar 1 each.
