warning New Delhi, June 29 Rainfall: Rain or thunderhowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, at few places in west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Narnaul and Naraingarh 1 each,
Himachal Pradesh: Kangra 2, Rajasthan: Deeg 6, Sagar 5,
Kumbher, Nadhai and Rajkhera 4 each, Dausa and Srimadhopur 3 each,
Basur, Hingota, Manoharbhana and Sikari 2 each and Ajmer, Bisalpur,
Bari, Baran,Govindgarh, Ludergarh, Kapatan, Khanpur, Naiwa, Parbasagar and Sarwar 1 each, Uttar Pradesh: Regoli 15, Mukhlispur 12, Basti 5 , Birdghat 4, Agra,
Gorkahpur, Hardwar, Jaunpur and Mirzapur 3 each, Ayodhya, Balia,
Dalmia, Damau, turtipur and Varanasi 2 each each and Bansi,
Bhatpurwaghat, Chandradeepghat, Chhatnag, Dabri, Elginbridge, Ghazipur,
