The two-member Commission probing the June 1 Narayanhiti palace tragedy in which Nepal lost its King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah, Queen Aishwarya Rajya Laxmi Devi and other members of the Royal family today confirmed controversial royal witness accounts holding King Dipendra responsible for all the killings.

Rajput, stayed the operation of the order of the lower court issuing summons and non-bailable warrants against him and his relatives.
