Mishra sees ISI hand in violence
JAMSHEDPUR, Dec 31 (PTI) — The BJP national Vice-President, Mr Kailashpati Mishra, has said that violence in Ranchi was the creation of Pakistani ISI activists. “The new state has been targeted by the ISI to destabilise it by flaring violence through small incidents”, he told mediapersons here yesterday. He said the road accident was not such a significant incident as to flare up communal violence.

Blast kills two
DIAMOND HARBOUR (WB), Dec 31 (PTI) — Two Trinamool Congress supporters were killed and three injured in a bomb attack by miscreants in South 24 Parganas District early today, the police here said. The two, 20-year-old Azina Bibi and 26-year-old Illyas Lasker, were returning to Movuipur village under Mandir Bazar police station from a cultural show at a nearby village when the miscreants hurled bombs at them, killing them on the spot.
