J &K, HP NEW DELHI, Dec 28 — Cold wave conditions have abated in Punjab. Rainfall: Very light rain or snow occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Temperature: Past 24 hours change; Minimum temperatures rose in Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.4°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
