LUDHIANA, July 3 — The Sarabha Nagar police today claims to have solved various robbery and snatching cases occurred at the Sarabha Nagar , Haibowal, Phillaur and Bahadurke areas with the arrest of two members of a gang.

LUDHIANA, July 3 — The police claims to have solved several car robbery cases with the arrest of four of miscreants of an inter-district gang and recovered three cars from them.

Ads of nursing homes unethical: IMA
LUDHIANA, July 3 — The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Ludhiana, has warned the medical community not to publish advertisements as it is unethical. The Medical Council Act referred to as Medical Council Indian Act 1956 and the relevant section guiding the professional conduct of the physician under Sections 20-A (1) and (2) lays down the provision of violation of the professional conduct and constitutes infamous conduct in professional respect.

LUDHIANA, July 3— The gallant fight back in the second half by Ludhiana boys saw them going down to Bathinda by a slender margin (53-60) in the finals of 1st Punjab youth basketball championship which concluded at G.H.G.Khalsa College, Gurusar Sudhar, near here last evening.
