Order on Laloo’s plea on June 9
PATNA, June 5 (UNI) — The special court, which is hearing separate petitions filed by Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Laloo Prasad Yadav against charges in the disproportionate assets case, will deliver the judgement on June 9. Special Judge S.K. Lal directed both of them to be physically present in the court on that date. Refuting the defence argument, CBI counsel L.R. Ansari said there was adequate evidence against Mr Yadav and his wife for framing charges in the case.
