Aug 27 National language Hindi fails to attract
applications for scholarship in the city. Not a single
candidate has applied in the last and current sessions.
This scenario has been prevalent over the past several

Aug 27 The Society for Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals has decided to shift its administrative office
from the Sector 22 Veterinary Hospital to the Sector 38
(West) hospital of the organisation from September 1.
Police to bring out newsletter

Aug 27 To cement police - community relations, the
Chandigarh Police will be the first police organisation
to bring out a newsletter which will act as a handy
