Making Bhutan his first foreign destination, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today vowed to nurture bilateral relations which he described as "B4B - Bharat for Bhutan and Bhutan for Bharat" as he held wide-ranging talks with the Bhutanese King and the Premier.
