Earthquakes rattle Delhi, no reports of casualties New Delhi, Nov 12 (ANI): Four earthquakes within a period of 3 hours shook the National Capital Region (NCR) on early Tuesday, with no reports of casualties or major damage. The first tremor of magnitude 3.1 was felt in Delhi and occured at 12:41am. Its epicentre was Delhi, according to an IMD report.
