City-based social activist who runs a non-governmental organisation, Arrive Safe, to spread awareness on road safety, received another threatening message on the Facebook page of the Chandigarh traffic police.

Charges framed against four

A court today framed the charges in the case of raping a 14-year old girl in February. The main accused Vicky (20) was charged with Sections 363, 366 and 376, while his mother Shanti and sister Sunita were charged under Sections 506 and 120 B of the IPC.
