Fukushima, March 12
Radiation leaked from an earthquake- crippled nuclear plant in Japan today after a blast blew off the roof, and authorities prepared to distribute iodine to local people to protect them from exposure.

Delhi Police nabs Radhika Tanwar’s ‘killer’
New Delhi, March 12

The Delhi Police today claimed to have solved the murder case of Ramlal Anand College student, Radhika Tanwar (20) last Tuesday, with the arrest of four persons, including suspected killer Vijay. Radhika, a B.A. second year student, was shot on March 8 near Dhaula Kuan. Vijay, alias Ram Singh, was arrested from Mumbai last evening. His interrogation led to the arrest of other three suspects who have been identified as Tabrez, Ashraf and Sheikh Sheikhu.
