Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 03.2C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).
