Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 13.°C recorded at Chandigarh.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 6: Isolated rain/snow is likely in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
