MEDICAL CAMP: Mr Bhoopjeet Singh, Excise Inspector, will hold a medical camp to mark Gurpurb in his native village Ropalon, about 10 km from here, on Sunday. A team of doctors, led by Dr Gurpreet Singh Brar, will examine persons for cancer, sugar, heart diseases, etc, free of cost.

EX-SERVICEMEN RALLY: All ex-servicemen of Punjab have decided to hold a rally in front of the office of the Deputy Commissioner in Ludhiana on November 11. The rally is aimed at finding candidates for the coming Assembly elections, said Major Harchand Singh, president of the local unit of the association, here on Saturday.
