Temperatures: Past 24- hour change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.8°C recorded at Sultanpur (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 12: Rain/snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 12: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 13°C.
