Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures rose appreciably in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.8°C recorded at Sultanpur (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 10: Rain/snow likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 10: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 13°C.
