controversy over the Volcker Report, Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers
Party Chief Bhim Singh today said there was “nothing
illegal” in “surcharge payments” in the UN Oil-for-Food Programme
in Iraq though these could not be defended on moral grounds.

cycle units closed down
1,500 workers rendered jobless
