Manmohan owns moral responsibility for Bihar decision
Chandigarh, October 8
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today owned moral responsibility for the controversial decision on the dissolution of the Bihar Assembly, which was declared "unconstitutional" by the Supreme Court yesterday.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and AICC President Sonia Gandhi arrive for a joint press conference at Haryana Bhavan in Chandigarh on Saturday.

Buta Singh gets reprieve

It was virtually a reprieve for Governor Buta Singh today as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh did not disown his responsibility for the dissolution of the Bihar Assembly on May 23.
