Terrorists struck in Ayodhya on Tuesday morning. Blasting their way into the outer cordon of the high security makeshift temple

Centre to have relook on Ayodhya security
New Delhi, July 5
Although officially the Centre maintained that there was no security lapse and commended the efforts of the security personnel in repulsing the terror attack, sources in the Home Ministry indicated that the Centre along with the state government would soon take a “re-look” on the entire security arrangements at the Ayodhya temple complex.

Terming the terrorist attack on the makeshift temple in Ayodhya as an “attack on Hindu faith”, BJP today demanded the resignations of the Union and Uttar Pradesh Home Ministers for the “laxity” which allowed militants to storm the Ram Janmabhoomi site.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh leaves for London tomorrow morning to participate as a special invitee in the G-8 summit in Gleneagles (UK), the first time ever that India has got such an honour to sit on the high table along with eight developed countries of the world.
