Negating the Sangh Parivar’s “conspiracy theory” behind the infamous Godhra train blaze, the Justice U. C. Banerjee probe committee in its interim report today described the incident as an “accidental fire".

Install cameras at polling booths: SC
New Delhi, January 17
Concerned over the large scale rigging and violence during elections, especially in the states like Bihar, the Supreme Court has asked the Election Commission (EC) to instal cameras at polling booths to check complicity of election staff in the malpractice.

The Election Commission today found Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Laloo Prasad Yadav guilty of violating the Model Code of Conduct by distributing money to people in Patna.
