Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in Haryana, at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms. are: Haryana: Naraingarh 3, Ambala, Jagadhari and Karnal 2 each and Chandigarh, Chhachhrauli and Thanesar 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Batote and Katra 1 each.

Forecast valid until the morning of June 24: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of June 24: Generally cloudy sky with possibility of rain or thundershowers accompanied with squall in some areas. Maximum temperature will be around 36°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of June 24: Light rain is likely at a few places.

Squall with wind speed exceeding 65 kmph is likely at isolated places.
