has said that the country was witnessing a constructive election
campaign for the first time. “In earlier elections, there used to be
negative campaigning,” he said.

undertrials in Tihar jail, who were granted bail to walk free from
jail and could not do so as these inmates realised that the bail bond

engineers get notice for substandard work

Two Noida Authority engineers
have been issued show cause notice for sub-standard work in road
construction in Sector-51 and 72. Even the stones being used there
have been found to be of poor quality. A project engineer has also
been given a warning in this construction.
