Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather was mainly dry in rest of the region. Khadda (east Uttar Pradesh) recorded 1 cm of rainfall.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 30: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 30: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundery development in some areas.
