NEW DELHI, Feb 8 — Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. 

Departures: They were normal in the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of 10th: Rain or snow is likely at isolated paces in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 10th: Clear Sky. Mist in the morning. Strong surface winds during day time. Minimum temperature will be around 8 degree centigrade.
