Empty coffers of the state government have started asphyxiating employees.
As per the Finance Department’s directions, phone bills will not be paid under government quota this financial year.
Earlier, the employees used to get LTC (leave travel concession) once in four years, but now they won’t get it.
The orders pertaining to the LTC will not be implemented on employees who will retire by March 31, 2015. Those, who could not avail it from 2010-2013 and have got permission to avail it till December 31, 2014, can ignore the instructions.
