Irrigation Minister Sharanjit Singh Dhillon inaugurated a road underbridge (RUB) near Lodhi Club today. The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has spent Rs 37.5 crore on the project. Dhillon said: “The SAD-BJP alliance has constructed Lakkar Bridge Flyover, Sidhwan Canal Expressway, Partap Chowk Flyover, Gill Road Flyover, Pedestrian Under Pass near the Mini-Secretariat and Aggar Nagar while the Congress had done nothing for the overall development of the city.
