No end to kidnapped minor girl’s ordeal

The story of a minor girl has brought to the fore cruelty of the system and callous attitude of the police, who are doing precious little to track missing children.
A 13-year-old girl, who was allegedly kidnapped from a colony located near Golden Temple in Amritsar by a middle-aged man four years ago, has become a victim of police apathy.
