Youth dies under mysterious circumstances

A 32-year-old youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Gurdwara Nanaksar Sahib on the Ludhiana-Ferozepur highway, about 5 km from here, this evening. The deceased has been identified as Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of Ludhiana.
Mayor cracks whip on latecomers

Class tests around, students yet to get many books

Thieves strike at bank in Focal Point

Thieves struck at a bank located in Focal Point. The incident came to light this morning when the peon reached the bank. He was shocked to find the bank ransacked. Thieves break into bank

Some unidentified thieves broke into a local bank and decamped with four computer monitors. The incident took place late last night at Canara Bank located on the College Road in Jagraon when some unidentified thieves entered the bank by removing the air conditioner fitted in a roadside window.
17 booked for murder
