AAP shortlists 31 for city LS seat

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today shortlisted 31 candidates for the Chandigarh Lok Sabha seat. The party has uploaded the list on the AAP website and sought public comments. A total of 205 aspirants had applied for the seat.
Two Jan Aushadhi centres set to reopen tomorrow

Rose Fest to have park contest for residents’ associations

GMADA allots land to Infosys

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has started allotting land to IT companies in the town. According to reports, Infosys was allotted 50 acres by GMADA in the IT City at a cost of Rs 137.50
crore. The letter of intent was issued by GMADA today.
PGI study hints at flaws in anti-leprosy programmes

NGO distributes socks, shoes among needy
Chandigarh: As part of its social welfare initiatives, the NGO Hara Punjab Khara Samaj under the Desh Bhagat Group of institutes distributed shoes and socks to the students of Government Primary School, Gurah, Mohali. Chandigarh: Brother Crease House put up a spectacular house show at St John’s High School on Thursday. The show began with a Celtic hymn, followed by a humorous Hindi skit. The English play Masha and The Bear based on a Russian folktale remained the highlight of the show.
