Passengers stranded at the Chandigarh Airport on Thursday Day 2: No flight operations in city
Chandigarh, January 16
For the second day in a row, the dense fog led to the cancellation of all the 13 flights at the domestic airport here. More than 2,000 passengers were affected. Besides, nine trains arrived late at the railway station due to the foggy conditions in the region.

Decomposed body found

A highly decomposed body was found in the forest area near the regulatory end of the Sukhna Lake today. The body is believed to be least four months old. The police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of GMSH, Sector 16.
