When law enforcers turn into law breakers, one can very well imagine the state of affairs. Police officers posted with the MC are not even authorised to issue challans under the Punjab Municipal Act, but still they have been penalising offenders for the past few months.

A fashion carnival ‘Gen-X Pose’ was organised on the premises of INIFD today. Many student-designers walked down the ramp on the occasion. The carnival witnessed participation of over 200 student-designers.
