Moviegoers today faced a lot of harassment after the licence of PVR Cinemas at the Centra and Elante malls was suspended for two days on the orders of the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner.

15 taken ill after having snacks at food joint
Mohali, September 26
Fifteen persons, including four women and three children, were hospitalised after having food at Barbeque Nation in Phase V this evening. Eight-year-old Bhavya and her elder sister Mallika fell unconscious after having snacks at the restaurant while their mother Sangeeta, a schoolteacher, started vomiting. Kamaljit, his wife Sandeep and son Laksh Partap, who were sitting next to them, also complained of giddiness.
