High Court summons top officials

With the passage of time, the outlook of scarecrows may have changed but the foundation remains the same. Earlier, the scarecrow used to have clothes made of waste material, but now the farmers dress the scarecrow, just like men.

Seven persons were injured in a group clash at Janta Nagar today. Old enmity was stated to be the reason behind the clash.

Man booked for kidnapping minor
Ludhiana, February 17
The police has booked Ravinder Singh, a resident of Sherpur Road, for allegedly kidnapping a 13-year-old girl on the pretext of marrying her. In his complaint to the police, the victim's father said Ravinder kidnapped her on February 14.
