Soft tennis championship from July 1:The Haryana Soft Tennis Association will organise the 10th Senior Soft Tennis National Championship at the Panchkula Gymkhana Club from July 1 to 5 here.

2 crushed to death: Saurabh (23) and Khushbu (17) of Sunder Colony here died after a train ran over them near the Neelam flyover on Thursday. Though the police did not say that the deceased had committed suicide, evidence suggested otherwise. The deceased were cousins. While Saurabh was married, his cousin was a Class XII student.
