Man killed: A man was killed when his car rammed into a truck near Dariyapur in Fatehabad on Thursday. The victim, Vijay, a computer engineer from Rohtak, was going to Sirsa for some work when the incident took place.

Highway work: The construction work of four laning of Kaithal-Ambala stretch of the NH-65 will begin soon and Rs 350 crore will be spent on this project. This work will be completed by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) within two years. One killed in road accident: A truck driver was killed in a road accident in the Bathoni area of Rajouri district late yesterday night after his truck rolled down into a deep gorge under mysterious circumstances.
He was identified as Pushkar Nath, son of Karam Chand of Poonch. The truck bearing the registration number 9309-JK02V was on its way from Jammu to
Poonch.
Immediately after the accident, the locals rushed to the spot and informed the police about the accident. After the postmortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to his family for the last rites.
