Student injured in eye as teacher hurls pencil at him
Chandigarh, July 13
In an outrageous incident, a science teacher at the city’s New Public School in Sector 18 hit a class VIII student in the eye with a pencil on Wednesday. Umesh, a hosteller at the school, left the classroom with a bleeding eye after the teacher, Sanjeev Kumar, who was sitting at his desk, threw a pencil aimed at the boy’s eyes.
