Bathinda Trespassers booked: Ravi Tiwari of the local Baba Deep Singh Nagar locality lodged a complaint with the police that some unidentified persons trespassed in a banquet hall where his brother’s wedding party was on and intimidated the guests by pointing a revolver at them without any provocation on Monday. Acting upon the complaint, Civil Lines police registered a case against unidentified persons under sections 188, 506 and 34 of the IPC. House on Powerhouse road burgled: Amarjit Singh, personal assistant of the District Planning Committee chairman, Sikander Singh Maluka, alleged that some unidentified persons committed a burglary at his residential quarter located at local Powerhouse and stole various ornaments worth Rs 65,000 on Monday evening.
