Bathinda Drawing, handwriting contest: Sanawar, an institute for children, Malout road, participated in the All-India drawing and handwriting Contest 2010 organised by the Akhil Bhartiya Nagrik Vikas Kendra, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The results were announced on Thursday. Ashman (UKG), Dheerani (I), Poonam (VI), Divya (IX) bagged kalaratna award in drawing contest. In handwriting, Harjot Kaur (LKG) bagged a cash award of Rs 500 (consolation prize) along with the Kalaratna award. Mehak (II), Heavenpreet Kaur (III), Simran Sharma (IV), Ravneet Kaur (V) got Kalaratna award in handwriting contest. Principal Ravinder Kaur congratulated the students. Fiscal conclave: Fiscal Conclave 2010 organised by North West Institute of Engineering and Technology, Dhudike, on October 12 was inaugurated by S.
