Understanding Marxism beyond Rahul’s capability: CPI leader
Jalandhar, September 24 A national leader of the CPI, Dr Joginder Dayal said Rahul Gandhi was a leader of the party of which 168 MPs had a bank balance worth crores. The Congress had divided the country between India and Bharat. India was dominated by billionaires whose interests were protected by leaders like Rahul Gandhi and his party’s rich men, whereas people in Bharat had been left to fend for themselves. Reminding Rahul about the Nehru era, Dr Dayal said Jawahar Lal Nehru had set up an Inquiry Commission in 1950s to find the growing gap between rich and poor. However, no such initiative had been taken by the Congress-led government, which takes pride in identifying itself as the “aam adami’s” Government, now when the gap has become far wider compared to 1950s. Dayal said Rahul Gandhi was not aware of the latest developments in the West, where most of the political leaders were turning towards Marxism and the sale of Marxist literature had gone up several fold. |
